CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will not be processed without written confirmation. Telephone cancellations will not be confirmed until a written request has been received. Following a written cancellation request, ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation email from us, to certify the request has been received and processed.
Bookings created through Hostelworld: If cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival date, the deposit paid to Hostelworld upon booking will be lost. If cancelled or modified within 24 hours of arrival date or in case of no-show, the cost of 1st night’s stay will be charged as a penalty.
All other booking methods: If cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified within 24 hours of arrival date or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
No refund policy: Payment made towards all bookings can only be obtained in form of booking credit for any nights cancelled.
